Avoid this accommodation. Positive: The only things we liked were the view of the Atlantic Ocean and the friendly person who let us into the apartment. Negative: Shortly before our arrival, pesticides were applied in the apartment; these immediately irritated our mucous membranes and triggered severe physical reactions. Even prolonged ventilation failed to alleviate the situation. We also discovered numerous cans of cockroach-killing spray stored under the sink. Despite this, the apartment suffers from a massive cockroach infestation. Aside from these issues, the apartment is heavily worn and dilapidated, yet an exorbitant nightly rate is charged. The response to reported defects was extremely incompetent; management offered excuses and attempted to stall the process at every turn. When we requested the "Hojas de Reclamaciones"—the official complaint form mandated under Spanish law—management initially claimed they could not found it. It was only after we threatened to file a formal legal complaint that we finally received the "Hojas de Reclamaciones" three days later. We were forced to flee the accommodation because we began experiencing severe health issues (due to the applied insecticides) and we didn´t slept in this Apartment. Although the management had promised us a free cancellation, they were willing to refund only 50% of the nightly rate at first. But they didn't refund anything. They also refused to cover the additional costs incurred for our replacement accommodation, despite being legally obligated to do so.

Location great, view lovely and as ideal for our few days stay. Positive: The location was ideal for the holiday we wanted Negative: Bit of wear and tear, key was that easy to use at the front and balcony door, roof by shower is crumbly but nothing that could spoil the holiday.
